Both air depot and shipyard officials described their respective work environments as dynamic, meaning that they are frequently changing, and thus require flexibility in moving and configuring workstations. Further, shipyards operate at the waterfront, which we were told is an environment that requires quick responses to changing needs. Beneficial Association
