There’s a reason why YouTube is one of the most flocked-to websites on the planet (second or third in traffic only behind parent Google, depending on the measuring stick): people want video. They crave it.
Are employees not users too? Sadly, given the allocated funding to the corporate website versus the corporate intranet, employees matter far less, in most organizations.
