I totally agreed but establishing committee would be hard because every stakeholder wants to be a king.

You're absolultely right. It's not necessarily easy. Start with a strong executive champion who makes it happen and use proven best practices (such as some that I've stated, or hire a consultant to help you gather these case studies) to make your point.

Yes, thanks for the pointer. Regarding the date: sometimes (maybe once or twice a year) I will update a story or posting and republish it and therefore the comments appear as having been entered before teh actual posting.
